Extras

Mexican Fishing Licenses are required for all persons 12 years of age or older. The licenses are sold by an official each morning at the same dock area. The individual one-day license costs $20 USD. There are weekly ($40), monthly ($50), and annual ($70) licenses also available.
Live bait (when available) typically costs $30 to $40 per boat. This is paid directly to bait suppliers after they transfer the baitfish to your boat. Normally, the bait is available after launching, in the marina channel area.
Lunch and Beverages- You supply your own lunch and beverages. Some resorts prepare box lunches. There are a few vendors at the Marina area that sell limited items.
The boat will be equipped with an ice chest and ice.
A customary tip for your crew averages 15-20% of the charter rate.
After returning from your charter there is a separate crew that will fillet your catch. The average cost can range from $10 to $30, depending on the size and quantity of fish.

Deposit Requirements and Payments:

Reservations for Panga Charters: $70 Dlls deposit per day to confirm.
Reservations for Cruiser Charters: $200deposit per day to confirm.

To process PayPal deposits, you do not need to be a registered user, simply check out as a guest. PayPal Transactions are subject to a 5% Service Charge.

The balance of all charters is paid in cash (USD) the morning of the charter.

Please remember that there are no ATM machines located near our marina dock area, only in downtown area of San Jose del Cabo.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations with less than 10 days’ notice, will be subject to forfeiting their total deposit.

In the event of a cancellation with at least 10 days’ notice, a full refund, minus a $30 administration fee will be returned.

No shows by anglers on the day of the scheduled fishing charter will be responsible for paying the full amount of the trip. When you reserve a fishing charter, we do not book anyone else for that same boat or date. Your charter will be considered a “No show” if you are not at our departure dock within 1 hour of our confirmed meeting time (this will be confirmed via email when booking).

Late notice cancellations (less than a 24-hour notice) are responsible for paying the full amount of the charter as there is not enough time to re-book the boat.

If you decide to cut your trip short, whether you get seasick or want to come back early, you will be responsible for the full charter rate. There will be no discounts or refunds.

In case of bad weather that does not allow for safe launching, we will offer a full refund or change dates if possible.
